Apr 29, 2017 · I have not tried reinstalling iOS yet, but I did try to connect my phone to another laptop, which was also running Windows 10. The laptop identified my phone as an Ethernet connection but it showed up as "Unidentified" and there was no internet connection. When my phone is connected to my laptop, it did not show up as a network.
